Murder case registered

A day after the body of 20-year-old Jitender Tomar was found at an empty plot and his female friend was found with bullet injuries inside her house, the Karawal Nagar police on Monday registered a case of murder.

A day after the body of 20-year-old Jitender Tomar was found at an empty plot and his female friend was found with bullet injuries inside her house, the Karawal Nagar police on Monday registered a case of murder.

The case was registered following a complaint received by Tomar's family members who alleged that the girl's father, Virendra Yadav, and her brother-in-law Vishal had killed him.

Meanwhile, the condition of the girl continues to be critical as the bullet that got pumped into her body could not be taken out till Monday afternoon.

The girl in a brief conversation with the police said Tomar had fired at her. Meanwhile, both the families are blaming each other for the death of the boy.
