The Supreme Court will on Monday hear petitions alleging wrongdoings on the part of the telecommunications minister in the allocation of 2G Spectrum in 2008. A bench of justice GS Singhvi and justice AK Ganguly had earlier questioned Raja’s continuance in the Cabinet and pulled up the CBI for tardy probe. The court is seized of two petitions —by Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) and Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy.
