Sadhan Mullick, one of the pioneers of Indian television broadcasting and former director of Delhi Doordarshan, died in New Delhi on Sunday.
Mullick, 86, was suffering from pneumonia, family sources said.
He was part of a team who introduced TV broadcasting in India in 1959. He also served as Director of Delhi Doordarshan and Dean, Film and TV Institute Pune.
