Police say Baba was forwarned
The Delhi Police on Saturday night said that Baba Ramdev was asked to vacate Ramlila ground post midnight but he refused to comply.

The Delhi Police on Saturday night said that Baba Ramdev was asked to vacate Ramlila ground post midnight but he refused to comply.
Denying Baba's arrest, Delhi Police commissioner BK Gupta said he has been taken out of Delhi to a safe place.
Contradicting police version, Home secretary GK Pillai said Baba left the spot at his own will and not forcibly evicted. Pillai too said that the yoga guru has neither been arrested or detained.
Sources say that Baba was taken to Officers' Mess in New Police Lines in the Capital.
According to reports, Baba's supporters were baton charged and forcibly removed from the ground after section 144of CrPC was clamped in the area. Several supporters were reportedly injured.
