Power supply disrupted in Capital

Large parts of the capital went without power since early morning today as 50 supply lines of the Northern Grid tripped due to fog.

Large parts of the capital went without power since early morning today as 50 supply lines of the Northern Grid, which supplies power to Delhi, tripped due to fog.

The capital's supply was affected due to the tripping of the 400 KV Bawana-Bamroli-Mandola line, officials said.

Power supply in most parts of Central, East and South Delhi have been affected.

Train movement in the national capital and its vicinity was also affected due to the power cut.
