Francis Brown, station officer, Delhi Fire Service, has been bestowed with President's Fire Service Medal for meritorious service.

Francis Brown, station officer, Delhi Fire Service, has been bestowed with President's Fire Service Medal for meritorious service.

Brown had displayed exemplary performance during the Lalita Park building collapse in east Delhi in 2010. He has also developed a disaster management team in collaboration with the Delhi Police.
