How about a weekend full of fun-filled activities for your li’l ones? The city will soon host the second edition of The World Children Expo, which aims to help kids learn and enjoy at the same time.

Spread over two days, the expo is packed with educational workshops, movie screenings, interactive games and much more for children below the age of 15 years. “Delhi parents are very touchy about their children’s growth and development, hence the city proves to be the best place for such an event,” says Rahul Gupta, expo organiser.

Much to the delight of kids hooked to cartoons, popular cartoon charcters such as Doraemon, Chhota Bheem and Garfield will perform live at the expo. They’ll dance and interact with the kids, multiplying the fun factor.

An ideal place to spend the weekend with family, the expo will also host special workshops on parenting. “I think it is a wonderful idea. Events like these are rare. I have seen my children responding to these workshops wonderfully,” says Anshuman Jain, who attended the expo last year with his two kids.
