On Monday, the Delhi High Court in a significant order cleared the decks for his promotion to the second highest post in the army by quashing a year-old censure order in connection with the case in which he was accused of constructing a swimming pool by “diverting funds” meant for a safety water tank at an ammunition depot in Hisar, Haryana.
