A three-judge bench headed by Justice B Sudershan Reddy today, however, declined any early hearing on the spate of applications challenging the sealing drive carried out against unauthorised constructions in the national capital.

The apex court said since the 400-odd applications against sealing were connected to the main matter i.e., the validity of the MPD-2021, which is under challenge in the court,it would be appropriate if they are taken up with the principal issue.

"Never mind, suffer for some more time. It is just a question of a few days more," was the cryptic remark of the bench when some of the lawyers pleaded individual applications relating to sealing may be taken up at an early date.
