Family: Iqbal’s wife Huma is a homemaker. They have six children — four daughters and two sons. “I don’t get time for my children due to my political commitments. The culture of the Walled City is such that people keep coming to meet me till 1-2 a.m. By the time I wake up, the children would have already left for school,” said Iqbal. “I did not opt for the official bungalow despite being eligible because I wanted to live with my people.” Iqbal listens to qawallis and ghazals to unwind.
