Arriving flights were delayed by two to six hours and the cascading effect of the delays was felt in the evening as well. Though departures were not as badly affected, these flights too got delayed by one to two hours.

Two Jet Airways flights had to make a go around as they failed to land at the airport but landed safely the second time.
