Suspended excise official on trial
A Delhi court today framed charges of corruption and criminal conspiracy against suspended Central Excise Commissioner Anup Kumar Srivastava and four others for their alleged involvement in a graft case.

A Delhi court today framed charges of corruption and criminal conspiracy against suspended Central Excise Commissioner Anup Kumar Srivastava and four others for their alleged involvement in a graft case.
The court has put the five on trial and decided to begin the recording of statements of prosecution witnesses from December 5.
