The passengers of Jet 9W 2330 had to wait inside the aircraft before the flight took off one-and-a-half hours later. It was scheduled to depart at 3:30 pm.
“We were made to sit inside the aircraft for so long. The cabin crew kept telling us that the plane would take-off shortly, but it did not. Finally, an announcement was made that there was some technical problem,” said Tarun Goomber, who was on board the flight.
Goomber, a senior criminal lawyer, said four passengers, including him, decided to deboard since there was no information when the flight would finally take-off. The four passengers, he said, were reimbursed by the airline at the airport itself.
