In its first phase, the scheme will be open only for the Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, but within a period of six months to a year, the government aims to open the scheme for all citizens.

More hospitals
Construction of a 750-bed Dwarka hospital, a Rs 350 crore project could start this year. Two more Delhi government run hospitals in Tahirpur and Janapuri are also set to start functioning within the first three months of 2010.
