Top brass should be held accountable

Corruption at any department starts at the highest level and not at a lower level. As such, the accountability for any complaint should fall on the top boss at that section and he should be sacked instead of punishing the junior lot.

Scrap MCD

The best solution to improve things in MCD is to scrap the corporation for good and give compulsory retirement to all the staff with a Certificate of Corrupt Officer/Official tagged on their shirts. Otherwise there is no solution to this knee-deep corrupt department.

Sack the bosses

Corruption at any department starts at the highest level and not at a lower level. As such, the accountability for any complaint should fall on the top boss at that section and he should be sacked instead of punishing the junior lot. The top brass always gets away scot free when they get the lion's share.

Mockery of system

I made an online application for a passport. I was asked given a time and date. When I reached the Passport Office at Bhikaji Cama Place, there were already more than 100 people in the queue, all of whom were given the same time and date. What is the use of giving a time and date if you call so many people at the same time. I saw notices saying "Please avoid queue, send application through Speed Post", which was funny.
