Delhi Police have registered a case against the crew of private TV news channel after some important papers went missing from the NSUI office on Thursday while Rahul Gandhi was visiting.

Delhi Police have registered a case against the crew of private TV news channel after some important papers went missing from the NSUI office on Thursday while Rahul Gandhi was visiting.

Police said NSUI president Hibi Eden, in his complaint, has alleged several papers went missing after the TV crew entered a hall during lunchtime.

“We were discussing our plans for the Uttrakhand poll at a day-long seminar attended by Rahul Gandhi. At lunchtime, when we left for lunch at a nearby restaurant, our office bearers informed us the TV crew entered the hall,” Eden said. The papers pertained to internal workings of the NSUI and future plans. Eden clarified that none of the papers belonged to Gandhi.
