Candidates can check their admission status by logging in to the official website. After that, they can visit the school allotted to them and apply for admission.
Admission under the first merit list will take place between August 19 and 26.

SAMS Odisha Class 11 admission merit list has been published.
SAMS Odisha +2 admission merit list at 3 pm
The first merit list of Odisha Class 11 admission will be published at 3 pm.
SAMS Odisha +2 admission: Documents required
- Original certificates (Marksheet, SLC, Conduct Certificate, Migration Certificate, Reservation and Weightage certificates as mentioned in the intimation letter)
- Total fees for admission
- Three passport size color photographs
SAMS Odisha +2 merit list: Admission fee to be refunded for slide up
If candidates apply for slide up/transfer to another higher secondary school, the school where they had taken admission before will refund the entire fees taken, after deducting ₹100.
Odisha HS exam: 100% syllabus next year onwards
Regular students appearing for annual HS examination, 2023 and onwards will have to study 100% syllabus. However, students registered up to 2020 who failed in HS exam 2022 will appear for the exam in 2023 and 2024 with reduced syllabus.
Odisha Class 11 admission: Note for other board students
The validation of other board's mark (excluding BSE, CBSE ) will be done as per the number of papers they have appeared for in Class 10. If an applicant has given 5 papers, then the percentage of calculation will be done from 500 marks, and if an applicant has given 6 papers, then it will be 600.

Odisha Class 11 admission: Important notice about certificates
As per an official statement, applicants who are unable to submit relevant certificate/documents at the time of admission have to submit a self- attested undertaking stating that s/he will submit the relevant certificate within the 1st phase of admission (September 13, 2022), failing which his/her admission will be cancelled.
SAMS Odisha admission: How admission will be carried out at schools
Students can visit schools between 9 am and 5 pm and as per the reporting time mentioned on intimation letters. Batches of 15 applicants will be allotted per hour per stream to each school. The last hour (4.00 PM to 5.00 PM) will be reserved for applicant(s) who couldn't report as per the time mentioned in their Intimation Letter(s).
