Making it to the undergraduate courses at Ambedkar University got a little easier on Wednesday when the varsity released its second cut-off list with substantial reductions in the cut-off percentages.

The cut-offs for economics, the most popular course at the varsity, was declared to be 76-81% for Delhi candidates, a dip of 4%.
The dips in other courses such as English, history and sociology were more substantial, at around 10%.
Ambedkar University was started as a model university in 2009 by the Delhi government and reserves 85% of its seats for students from the National Capital Region.
The university has a well known faculty, with many being former employees of the Delhi University (DU).
The varsity has come up as a good alternative for students who are not able to pursue a course of their choice at DU. The Ambedkar University, which has campuses in Kashmere Gate and Dwarka, had released its first set of cut-offs on June 28.
