The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will not declare the results of class 10th board examination on Sunday.

CBSE PRO Rama Sharma informed Hindustan Times that the CBSE Class 10 board result will not be released today. She said that the board will inform the date, time and how to access the results ahead of its declaration.

In a public advisory issued on Sunday, CBSE said, “This is unconfirmed fake news being circulated on some social media platforms about CBSE Class X results being announced today. It is to inform all principals, students , parents and public that CBSE Class X results will not be declared today. Board will duly inform the date , time and arrangements to access results, through official communication.”

This year, over 18 lakh students have appeared for the CBSE 10th exam 2019.

CBSE declared the Class 12th board exam result on May 2.

How to check CBSE 10th result after it is declared:

Visit the official website of CBSE at cbseresults.nic.in

Key in your login credentials like roll number, school code, registration ID and date of birth

Click on submit

Your results will be displayed on screen

Download and take its print out.
