Kerala SET January 2024 registration deadline extended to November 5

Candidates can now apply for the Kerala SET scheduled for January 2024 up to November 5.

LBS Centre for Science & Technology has extended the last date to apply for the Kerala State Eligibility Test. Candidates can now apply for the Kerala SET scheduled for January 2024 up to November 5. The direct link to apply is given below:

Previously, the application deadline was October 25.

Candidates who register by November 5 can make payment of the fee up to 5 pm on November 11. The application form edit window will remain active from November 8 to 10 (5 pm).

Exam date and date for hall tickets will be announced later.

First year PG/BEd candidates are not eligible to apply for Kerala SET, LSB Centre said.

While applying for the exam, candidates must specify their reservation category correctly, if they are eligible. In the case of OBC-NCL candidates, they have to produce certificates issued between September 9, 2022 and November 10, 2023.

There will be two papers in the exam. The first paper will have two parts – part A on General Knowledge and part B will be Aptitude in Teaching.

Paper 2 will be on the subject of specialisation of the candidate at the PG level. There are 31 subjects for the paper.

The duration of each paper will be 120 minutes or two hours.

There is no negative marking in the exam.
