How to apply: The application form can be downloaded from the website, www.iemr.in. It must be submitted with an application fee of R1000. The application fee is payable by cash at the IEMR office, by a demand draft drawn on ‘Institute of Energy Management and Research’, payable at New Delhi or by electronic transfer to the institute’s bank account. The form and the demand draft may be couriered, posted or hand delivered
