JMI's last date extended

Jamia Millia Islamia has extended the last date of submission of application forms for admissions under the sports category to its various programmes. The new date of submission of application forms for the academic session 2010-11 is now June 23, 2010.

The admissions under the sports category are now open in all professional and non-professional courses barring those in Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Dentistry and Centre for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Science. Outstanding sportspersons in the following games listed below can apply: Cricket, boxing, athletics, volleyball, shooting (air pistol, air rifle only) football, basketball, table tennis, hockey, badminton, tennis, swimming, weightlifting/power lifting and other games. The sports admissions are done on the basis of sports achievements and trials. The application forms can be collected from the office of games and sports, Jamia Millia Islamia on all working days. The final list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the said office on July 21, 2010 at 5.00 pm.
