Eligibility: The programme is aimed at women who have worked in a corporate environment and have put their careers on hold for personal reasons. Candidates must have minimum one year of corporate work experience, a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in any discipline from a recognised university. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% in both Class 12 and graduation. Experience of teaching in an educational instiution will not be considered under relevant experience. Each candidate will be assigned a mentor to guide and train them, as part of the programme.
