Sir Ratan Tata Trust, Mumbai, offers one-year scholarships at the master’s level for students who wish to study in the UK or for two-year scholarships in the USA in the broad field of development studies, with special focus on developmental economics, public health or science-technology-society studies. The scholarship aims to provide opportunities for young people to study and train in a set of academic disciplines with direct relevance to India’s future needs.

Eligibility:

Eligible candidates are those who comply with all the following criteria:

Indian nationals, domiciled in India, with an excellent academic track record with some evidence of extra-curricular achievement. Candidates with work experience in the selected field of study may be preferred. Confirmed admission in the UK or USA for any academic course of study in the mentioned areas
