Indian National Congress's Khumukcham Joykisan Singh got a total of 11,596 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Jyotin Waikhom got 11,439 votes. Peoples Resurgence And Justice Alliance's candidate Erendro Leichombam grabbed 573 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties secured 49.1%, 48.5% and 2.4% respectively.
