He may be the World Billiards Champion, but Pankaj Advani wants a break from all the matches and relax. “After all, I’m only 24, not 60,” he says with a chuckle, adding, “I’ve just won the championship and I’m heading for another match... I so need a vacation. I would rather be in Goa, spending time on the beaches and enjoying the nightlife.”

Advani also admits that he has been learning a bit of dance these days. “I love doing break dance, street dance and Bollywood style dance. Whenever, I listen to music, I feel like shaking a leg. It’s a great stress buster, since my game is so mentally taxing,” he says.

Confirming reports that he is debuting in a film, Advani says, “My college principal wanted to make a film on me, for which I had shot a five-minute promo. But I got busy with my game. We’ll revive it by the end of this year, but while the film will be on me, we don’t know which direction it will take.”

A self-professed Bollywood buff, Advani says he would love to do a film opposite Katrina Kaif. “The only problem is that she’ll look older and taller than me. I have seen her at a couple of events and at the airport. I would like to be cast opposite her.”

He adds he would make for a good actor since he’s also a good mimic. “Yeah, I have lot of time to observe people, so I mimic many players. I can mimic Shah Rukh because he has a rather obvious style.”
