Cage-fighter Alex Reid reportedly went completely nude for a photo shoot for Cosmopolitan magazine.
The image was shot to raise awareness of testicular and prostate cancer for the charity Everyman.
The photo, in black and white, shows Reid with a discus in hand, and apparently ready to throw it.
