All dolled up for a good cause
Delhi’s stylish and savvy came together for a good cause as NGO Khushii, along with designers Varun Bahl and Karan Johar, and in association with HT City, hosted a charity fundraiser at the residence of the Canadian High Commissioner.
Delhi’s stylish and savvy came together for a good cause as NGO Khushii, along with designers Varun Bahl and Karan Johar, and in association with HT City, hosted a charity fundraiser at the residence of the Canadian High Commissioner.
The evening saw a fashion show which had B-town flair as actor Sushmita Sen along with daughter Renee, and director Farah Khan joined the likes of entrepreneur Kalyani Saha, designer Rohit Bal, former cricketer Kapil Dev, marketing guru Suhel Seth, and many others on the runway.
There was also a charity auction with superlative experiences such as a mile high bash (a party hosted on a private jet), dance lessons by Farah Khan, a day on the sets of Karan Johar’s film, and a day at HT City, among other things on offer. Also seen was MP Shashi Tharoor’s wife Sunanda Pushkar Tharoor, who came along with her son Shiv Pushkar Menon, who is rumoured to be preparing to make his debut in Bollywood.
