After recently coming face-to-face with Salman Khan, it was Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s turn to bump into another ex, actor Vivek Oberoi.

At an event organised by the Mumbai police on Saturday, Oberoi’s seat was marked right next to that of Ash. A source informs that on learning this, he refused to enter the function. However, when assured that actress Asin would be sitting between him and Ash in the front row, he agreed.

However, there was an uncomfortable moment when Asin left for her performance. With father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan sitting to her right, a visibly uncomfortable Ash looked restless after shooting a glance towards Oberoi.

Noticing the drama, designer Manish Malhotra quickly filled the gap between the two. Oberoi left after a few minutes. However, Malhotra later said in an interview that he did not rush in to ease the situation, but was already sitting next to Asin. A source present at the event said, “The two looked very nervous.”
