Do you need your eight hours or can you get by with power naps through the day?
I usually love to get my eight hours of sleep at night. But with our kind of work, sometimes we have to do with power naps in a makeup trailers.

Is there one bed thing you carry with you everywhere?
Yes, but I won’t tell you what. It’s a secret!

Do you keep your phone on silent at bedtime?
I switch it off most of the time. I’m not much of a phone person.

Must you sleep with a light on somewhere?
No. I love total darkness.
