Music legend Bob Dylan, who recently donned the cap as an sculptor, is surprised by his success in his new area of interest. Dylan who has belted out chart-topping numbers like Tambourine Man and Blowing In The Wind, has recently been commissioned to create sculptures with iron and lead.

The Like a Rolling Stone, singer says, "I've always drawn and painted but, up until recently, nobody's taken an
interest. There's never been any support for it."

And the appreciation that he has received from all quarters for his work as a sculptor seems to have excited the
singer, Contactmusic reported.

Dylan who has belted out chart-topping numbers like Tambourine Man and Blowing In The Wind, has recently
been commissioned to create sculptures with iron and lead.

"I've had a museum exhibit, I have an association with a London gallery, and there will probably be another exhibition of new works in another European museum in 2010.

"Now I'm scrambling to keep up. I've been commissioned to do paintings and they want me to work with iron and lead," the singer adds.
