The 36-year-old paparazzi photographer may face seven years in jail. He is accused of ramming his car into a court official, who was trying to serve him with a restraining order to keep away from the singer.

Ghalib is charged with assaulting the official with a deadly weapon as well as a hit and run. He has been issued an arrest warrant, the Sun.co.uk reported.

The photographer, who dated the singer during her very public breakdown, has been told to keep away from the singer while she is trying to make a comeback.
