The 30-year-old singer’s father is planning to ask a judge to revoke the order that gave him complete autonomy over almost every aspect of his daughter’s affairs.

The 30-year-old singer’s father is planning to ask a judge to revoke the order that gave him complete autonomy over almost every aspect of his daughter’s affairs, after the artist’s much publicised personal problems.

“Jamie wants to go to court so Britney becomes a free woman in every sense,” the Daily Express quoted a source as saying. The Gimme More star intends to wed former manager Jason Trawick, 40, on Valentine’s Day on the Hawaiian island of Maui.
