According to TMZ, both parties have signed the final divorce papers and they have been filed with the clerk's office in Travis County, Texas, reports Fox News.

The 45-year-old star actress told People Magazine in April that she was "sad and scared" about the end of her five-year wedding.

The Oscar-winning actress parted ways with her motorcycle mogul husband in the wake of a string of lurid revelations linking James to a stripper and other women.
