Charlie Sheen's fiancee still married to another man

Actor Charlie Sheen's fiancee Brett Rossi is yet to officially separate from her husband Jonathan Ross.

According to court records, Rossi is currently in the midst of divorce proceedings from her husband Ross, who filed for divorce from Rossi on July 18, last year. The couple had been married for almost a year and don't have any children together, reports radaronline.com.

He is representing himself in the proceedings. Rossi didn't file a response to the divorce documents until Jan 30, earlier this year, and is being represented by Sheen's law attorney Mark Gross. Sheen proposed to Rossi on Valentine's Day.It has earlier been reported that Charlie Sheen wants prenup before marrying porn star. Insiders claimed that the former Two And a Half Men star will be earning even more money after his current show, Anger Management, goes into syndication.

Sources added that the prenup will be very generous for Rossi, but Sheen has to protect his finances even though he believes that she is his soul mate.
