The Revolutionary Road star has been photographed cuddling up to the new girl in his life on Spanish party island Ibiza, reports contactmusic.com.
Onlookers also claim the 34-year-old actor couldn't keep his hands off the young model, who seemed thrilled with his attention.
Leonardo's representative refused to confirm if the pair are dating.
The star has been linked to several high-profile women, including Cameron Diaz and Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts, since he split from supermodel Bar Refaeli earlier this year.
He was also overheard asking his friend Guy Ritchie to find him a British girl during a recent night out at London nightclub Whisky Mist.
