DiCaprio first became involved with the catwalk beauty in 2005 and they dated for four years before parting ways in 2009, reports contactmusic.com.

They rekindled their relationship last year, but have now split for good, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six. The publication reports the couple broke up late last week.

"It was amicable, they're still friends and they are still talking. They just grew apart and went their separate ways. Neither were ready to settle down, and both have busy careers that have been taking them in different directions," said a source.
