Gwyneth can be bad

Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow has shaken off her ‘good girl’ image, insisting that she has a mean side and “can definitely harbour revenge”.

The Shakespeare in Love star, who gives out advice on topics like friendship in her lifestyle newsletters online, admitted she is capable of shutting people out of her life and also takes part in gossip, reported Vogue magazine.

“Oh yes, I can be mean. I can cave in to gossip. I can ice people out and I can definitely harbour revenge. In fact, I’m having a situation right now with a friend where I’m feeling angry,” said Paltrow. But the 27-year-old actress maintains that seeking revenge makes her feel “terrible”.

“Revenge is corrosive. I’ll wake up in the morning and think, ‘Ugh, I feel terrible’ and suddenly realise, ‘Ah, that’s why. I’m holding on to so much hate’,” she said.
