Haasan will keep Padma Shri
Actor Kamal Haasan, who refused to be a part of IIFA as a mark of protest against the alleged mistreatment of Tamils in Sri Lanka, has said that he will not return the Padma Shri award.

Actor Kamal Haasan, who refused to be a part of IIFA as a mark of protest against the alleged mistreatment of Tamils in Sri Lanka, has said that he will not return the Padma Shri award. Responding to a demand made by a pro-Sri Lankan Tamil group, Haasan said nothing could be achieved by returning the award.
