A source said: "She had on a tight bustier, really tight pants and four-inch-high boots. She looked ready for anything."

She mostly drank red wine and stepped out the restaurant "talking on her cell phone".

McCartney meanwhile has been spending time with girlfriend Nancy Shevell.
