In his debut endorsement deal, actor Imran Khan has replaced Hrithik Roshan in soft drink Coca-Cola’s 2010 ad campaign. The actor has reportedly charged a whopping Rs 2.5 crore for the campaign.

Giving him company in the ad will be actress Kalki Koechlin, who debuted in Dev D. The two seem to have been cast keeping the youth-centric focus of the ad in mind.

“It is called ‘The Invisible Bottle’ campaign and plans to focus on the silent but unique interaction of two college students while traveling in a bus,” says a source.

The ad has been conceptualised by lyricist Prasoon Joshi and directed by Dibakar Banerjee. It was shot in Mumbai over a period of one week and will go on air later this month.
