Who scores the most number of goals during a football match? Is it the person who’s at the right place at the right time? According to Oscar-winning filmmaker Danny Boyle, that’s the wrong answer. “You have to be at the right place, all the time. Then sometimes the ball comes to you!” he says.

Boyle, who put India on the world map with his critically-acclaimed film Slumdog Millionaire, will be seen discussing his experiences in cinema and in India with filmmaker Sudhir Mishra on the chat show Mera India: Masterclass. The show airs on FOX History & Entertainment at 10 pm tonight. “I’ve been brought up in a very strict Catholic environment. But I believe that God has no religion. Working in India helped me embrace that a little more,” he said.
