In a shocking turn of events on Sunday, the Board of Cricket Control India decided to “terminate” the franchise agreements of Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab.

Rajasthan team co-owner, Shilpa Shetty, wrote on Twitter, “Too shocked to react, just disheartened.. it’s more than just a team for us. Still haven’t recieved the termination, will react after. Need to know the basis of this decision.”
