Grammy award winner Justin Timberlake has adviced teen sensation Justin Bieber to seriously consider his future in the entertainment industry, urging him to come up with a "plan" to keep his career intact.

The 30-year-old started out as a child performer on a Disney TV show before finding fame with the boyband and later launching himself as a solo artist and actor, reported Dailystar.

Timberlake hopes Bieber's mentor Usher will help him through. "He's obviously a talented kid. I just hope he has a good support system, because it's awkward growing up in front of the public. You need to have somewhere to go, you need to have a plan,” he said.
