The 39-year-old called the model to tout an identical fur coat with a beige top and thigh-high boots for the cameras, the Mirror reported.
The pair looked strikingly similar in the attire, but the younger model was noticeably slimmer than Moss with a much flatter stomach and slender thighs. Moss herself was seen sans underwear in a sheer t-shirt and fur coat.
According to onlookers, the usually ultra-confident super model, who looked stunning with her blonde hair carefully curled and draped onto her shoulders, appeared uncharacteristically shy, as the body double walked down the street in her place on location near London's Gloucester Road.
An eyewitness told the publication that Moss didn't look her usual fabulous self and the body double seemed to be doing most of the scenes.
The source said that Moss spent most of her time trying to make sure she was covered up with her coat, may be because of the skimpy outfit.
