Like the actor, Anjali too is sharing screen space with Aamir Khan as well as his

bhanja

(nephew) Imran, in commercials for a watch and denim brand respectively.

Interestingly, before Anjali, only Kareena has managed the mama-Bhanja casting coup. Bebo has worked with Aamir in 3 Idiots (2009) with Talaash being in the pipeline, while Karan Johar’s upcoming Ek Main Aur Ek Tu pitches her with Imran.

Spotted by ace photographer Atul Kasbekar for his much-hyped calendar, Anjali feels it’s “nothing but pure good karma that at the beginning of my career, I have had a chance to shoot with Aamir as well as Imran.”

Anjali has modeled in New York and Los Angeles as well as at Lakme Fashion Week. She’s shot ad campaigns with Lotta Stensson, Christopher Kane and Gary Harvey and is making her acting debut in a Telugu film titled Panjaa, opposite Pawan Kalyan.

For the time being, Anjali is excited about her association with the Khans: “Whether one wants to admit it or not, all girls -- established or otherwise -- want to work with Aamir. I got to learn so much from him while shooting. And I feel Imran is one of the best-looking guys among the younger lot. The fact that I am associated with both the stars is a matter of pride for me.”
