Cannon was hospitalised for mild kidney failure while the couple were on vacation with their eight-month-old twins Moroccan and Monroe in Aspen, Colorado, last week.
“Daddy Nick is getting beter, we''re all home together taking care of each other, excited about the new year!! (sic),” she tweeted.
Nick will spend the next couple of weeks recuperating at home with his family, but will return to work later this month.
“Nick Cannon was released over the weekend to be with his family. He is resting and recovering at home and would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayers,” Contactmusic quoted his representative as saying.
“He plans to return to his live morning radio show broadcast Rollin with Nick Cannon on 92.3 NOW FM on January 17,” he added.
