Mika named brand ambassador of Indian GP wrestling

Popular Bollywood singer Mika Singh was today named as the brand ambassador of the first Hari Ram Indian Grand Prix wrestling tournament to be held here from May 25 to 27.

Popular Bollywood singer Mika Singh was today named as the brand ambassador of the first Hari Ram Indian Grand Prix wrestling tournament to be held here from May 25 to 27.

Grapplers from 22 countries will fight it out at the wrestling arena of the Indira Gandhi Indore Stadium.

During a press conference, Mika appreciated the organisers for taking an initiative to promote the most ancient game of India.

Chairman of the organising committee, Ashok Aggarwal said the popularity of the tournament will only increase with Mika's involvement.

The tournament will be held under the aegis of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) and the International Wrestling Federation (FILA).

Around 300 men and women wrestlers from all over the world will participate in the event.
