No filmy career for Ahana Deol

Hema Malini's younger daughter Ahana Deol has chosen a completely different vocation unlike her star family - dress designing.

Hema Malini's younger daughter Ahana wasn't sure about what she wanted to do with her life until recently. Though acting was never an option, she seemed interested in behind-the-scenes aspects of filmmaking like editing and scripting. But she has now settled for a completely different vocation - dress designing.

"For the last six months, Ahana has been planning and designing her own line of clothes. And now she's ready to hit the racks. She has named her range 'The Freeway Collection'. She has six-seven workshops in Mumbai and is very taken up with her job," sister Esha, who is an actress, told IANS.

Needless to say, Hema and Esha are all for the youngest Deol's vocation, especially papa Dharmendra who never wanted his daughters to go into acting.

Now that Ahana is into a stable non-filmy working atmosphere, the entire clan is happy for her.
