Actor R. Madhavan has rubbished rumours that a sequel to his hit horror thriller 13B is in the offing.

"These are baseless rumours. I wish I really had that but they are baseless," Madhavan told IANS.

Directed by Vikram Kumar, the movie also starred Neetu Chandra in the lead.

A film studio in the US had also shown interest in acquiring the rights to remake the movie as an English film.
